Damage Policy

Great care is taken when sending out our cards.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your products or our service, or the products have become damaged in transit we will be happy to give a full refund.

To do so please ring us 07958934166  or email us at Handmadecardsbydayo@gmail.com  so we are aware of this and make amends

No refund is given until  we have recieved your goods and reviewed your comments. We may refuse  a request if the product has become crushed soiled or damaged by other means.
