UNIQUE ITEMS & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
At Handmade Cards by Dayo, every single card is uniquely handfinished. Because our items are made individually, no two cards are exactly alike.
1. LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Many of our card designs feature limited-edition papers, unique embellishments, and hand-drawn elements. Because of this, certain exact designs cannot be perfectly duplicated once they sell out.
2. ORDERING OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
In the rare event that a specific card design becomes unavailable after you place your order (for example, if two customers purchase the last item simultaneously), we will notify you immediately via email or by a telephone call
3. YOUR OPTIONS FOR SUBSTITUTIONS
If your selected card is no longer available, you will be given the following choices:
* Choose a Similar Design: We will present you with alternative, highly similar card options of equal value for you to choose from.
* Request a Custom Adaptation: We can create a new card inspired by your original choice using similar colors and themes.
* Full Refund: If you do not wish to select an alternative card, you can opt for a immediate full refund to your original payment method.
4. APPROVAL TIMELINE
To ensure your order arrives on time, we ask that you respond to our substitution email within 48 hours. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will automatically process a full refund for the unavailable item so your order is not delayed indefinitely.
