SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for supporting Handmade Cards by Dayo! Because each item is carefully crafted by hand, please review our production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES
Ready-to-Ship Items:

Packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Custom & Bulk Orders outside the UK require 5–20 business days for production before shipment.
 

Business Days: 

Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We ship nationwide using tracked postal services. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
* Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
* Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: 

A tracking link can be emailed to you immediately after shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. 
Delivery Timeline: Typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.

Customs Fees: 

Handmade Cards by Dayo is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate. 

Address Corrections:

Contact us via email within 2 hours of ordering to change an address.


Returned Packages: 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the item sent out a second time.

 LOST,, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Handmade Cards by Dayo is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier. As long as you place your order by 6 AM, the couriers will be able to deliver it to the recipient within 2 to 5 days.
