Postal Returns and Shipping Policy
We take extra care to provide you with the very best. Cards posted are protected in a cardboard backed envelope and other items are packed with care.
Items must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. It must also be returned with the receipt or delivery note enclosed within your package. You will return the item to the studio at your own delivery costs.
If the item returned does not make it back to us in time, we will require a proof of postage for a full refund to be made. We will refund to the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
In the event that you have entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order, you must alert us to this as soon as possible through contacting Handmadecardsbydayo@gmail.com. Or write to 140 Carlton Vale, Queens Park London, NW6 5HE Prior to the parcel being shipped or delivered, we will be able to either change the address or cancel the order, allowing you to re-order your item. Once the item is in the post, we will not be able to give you a refund.
