* Copy, replicate, or counterfeit any physical card designs.
* Download, screenshot, or distribute product photography for commercial gain.
* Resell, redistribute, or modify any items or digital assets without express written consent.

3. TRADEMARK PROTECTION
The brand name, business identifiers, and the hashtag #HandmadeCardsByDayo are proprietary assets. Unauthorised commercial use of these identifiers to promote third-party products, replicate services, or confuse consumers constitutes trademark infringement.

4. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES
Handmade Cards by Dayo actively monitors digital and physical marketplaces for instances of infringement. We reserve the right to pursue civil statutory damages, seek permanent injunctions, and claim full recovery of legal costs against any individual or corporate entity found violating these intellectual property rights.
